The Corvallis Club has private event venues with spectacular views overlooking the private golf course. From weddings, reunions, and cocktail hours, to pop-up dinners or panel discussions, the beautiful space will provide the perfect setting for any event.
Pricing varies based on the date in our high season (May 1 – Sept 30) or low season (Oct 1 – Apr 30), day of week, time of day, and size of event space. We do offer discounted pricing for members of The Corvallis Club for dates available within 45 days prior.
Exclusive use: both The Ballroom and The Terrace will be held – two events will not be booked at the same time at these two locations.
Ballroom
- 5 TVs with Audio system
- Exit door to outdoor Courtyard and Terrace with Pavilions
- 150 people maximum for a Cocktail style party
- 120 people maximum for a Buffet Lunch or Dinner
- 75 people maximum for a Plated Lunch or Dinner
- 1/3 of The Ballroom for up to 40 people
terrace & Pavilions
- 250 people maximum for Cocktails and Buffet
- 5 pavilions with string lights
- String lights across entire event space
- Power outlets on 5 separate light posts for bands, and other power needs
Customized Menu
Chef Iain Duncan claims to be your “personal chef” and will build a completely custom menu to stay within your budget. Select a flavor profile from different parts of the world that is special to your group; Asian Fusion, Pacific Northwest, Italian, Mediterranean, or keep it traditional Steak House style.
